Return Process

  Log in to your Victor Sports account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
